Pump does not operate

What it means

The shower pump fails to operate.

Likely causes

  1. Start/stop switch not connected
  2. Blown fuse
  3. Power cut
  4. Electrical malfunction
  5. Motor overheated
  6. Interrupted power supply
  7. Supply pipework undersized for pump flow rate
  8. Air drawn into hot supply from vent pipe
